BLIND PIG Distilling Co. was founded on a simple belief: that great spirits don't need shortcuts. Every batch that leaves our Clinton Township facility is the result of careful grain selection, slow fermentation, and patient distillation — because the things worth having can't be hurried.
Our copper pot stills and column stills are the heart of the operation, and we treat them with the same reverence our predecessors brought to the trade. What we produce here — vodka, bourbon, rye, and specialty liqueurs — carries the character of this place and the discipline of people who refuse to compromise.
We're not the largest distillery in the region. We don't need to be. What we are is intentional, consistent, and proud of every bottle that passes through our doors.
